Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment status of their package, and providing the correct shipping address. A confirmation e-mail is sent to all customers after the order is placed to check for any mistakes. We highly encourage customers to check with your country's postal service for more information on your order shipment status.
Motiya INC. is not responsible for unclaimed packages, or lost packages due to wrong address or information submitted by the customer. In any case that the package is returned to sender (our office), including missed pickup, unclaimed package, or the address does not exist, the customer is required to pay additional postage fees for re-shipment.
The package must be returned to us to qualify for re-shipment or a partial refund for missed pickup or an unclaimed package. Please keep in mind that packages can may take up to 4-8 weeks minimum to be delivered back to our office.
Motiya INC. is not responsible for any damage to the products caused by freight forwarding companies. The customer must discuss with the freight forwarding company that our products are packaged in glass containers and must be re-packaged just as they originally were when shipped from our facility if they are taken out of the box for inspection.
Motiya INC. is not responsible for any import/export, customs or duty fees incurred during shipping. We highly encourage customers to check with your country's import rules before placing the order. A customer is not compensated if they refuse to accept the package due to the customs fees incurred on it.
