Ingredients:

¼ cup pumpkin seeds (high in magnesium and iron for stronger strands)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (helps maintain scalp hydration)
2 tablespoons chia seeds (packed with protein and essential fatty acids)
2 tablespoons flax seeds (great for reducing hair breakage)
1/4 cup shredded coconut (nourishes hair with healthy fats and minerals)

Instructions:
Grind all ingredients, except dates, hemp seeds, chia seeds and coconut.
Add shredded coconut, pitted dates, hemp seeds, cocoa powder,peanut butter and honey (if using). mix well until the mixture sticks together.
Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
